When I painted Sunset Dance, I didn't have a name for the painting. We decided then to have a contest, and let someone win the print if we chose their name. The young man who worked for me at the time gave her the name Sunset Dance, and we all loved it. The image has the feeling of feeling free and happy, and like anything is possible!

It starts with an extremely high resolution, detailed scanning of Susan's original artwork which is captured into a digital file. Then the giclee print is created using specialized printers. The printed canvas is then stretched across wooden stretcher bars and then held in place with staples on the back, thereby hiding the staples when the art is hung on the wall. The 3/4" wrapped edges give a beautiful, finished look from any angle without the need of a frame.
