Victorian Christmas Santa Miniature Framed Art
"Victorian Christmas Santa" is a small print I made from my original painting.
The frame is 4 1/8" high x 3 3/8" across, and the piece is displayed on a small wood easel that comes with it.
I adhere the print to illustration board and give it a coat of non-yellowing varnish. Then I highlight areas of the piece with acrylic paints and hand sign it. It then gets a second coat of the varnish to protect the print and bring out the colors. I paint the frame to go with the image, and sign and title the piece on the back.
In the image is a pretty little teacup and a card with the words "Christmas Tea".
To give it happy Christmas sparkle, I add fine iridescent glitter.
It's a lovely, unique miniature and it works enjoyed by itself, or as part of your other Christmas decor.
Comes in a drawstring organza bag, along with the little easel for display.
